Harvest garlic

Sow outdoors if the weather is mild, ad indoors or under cover if it’s late spring

Harden Off seedlings and start planting them out once the soil becomes warm enough

Plant the last of your seed Potatoes

Protect tender plants against sudden, late frosts.

Weed regularly and thoroughly, and keep young plants well watered.

Build sloping shed and start pricking out!

Things we did in the garden on 12th April

Today we transported broad bean seedlings into the raised beds. We had to shake the soil lose of the roots and plant them into the raised beds. We also planted two rows of Suger Snap peas. We also cleared the raised bed of stones so the seedlings can come through nice and easy.
